On the occasion of World Voice Day celebrated every April 16, the Commissioner of World Voice Day in Chad, also representing the director of Wenaklabs, Gamy Dokla Ngardiguinan, launched this morning the activities marking the celebration of the said day.
Raising awareness among the general public about the importance of the voice and promoting voice professions that are still unknown in Chad is the objective of this day. For the Commissioner of World Voice Day in Chad, Gamy Dokla Ngardiguinan, this day is of particular importance because it will highlight the incredible potential of the voice as a tool for personal and professional development, as well as the crucial importance of vocal health, which is often neglected. “We also gather to showcase voice professions such as hosting, dubbing, voice-overs, and many others, which deserve to be more recognized and promoted here in Chad,” he said.
The program for this day includes a conference on vocal health and voice professions; a workshop on vocal practices and discovering voice professions. The day will also be marked by the presence of renowned experts such as Mister Colombo from Côte d’Ivoire, Arnold Ngatcho from Cameroon, and Dr. Blaowe Gaïssala from Chad, whose contributions will greatly enrich this day.
Expert Mister Colombo from Côte d’Ivoire will lead a masterclass at Wenak Labs on the theme “Taking Flight in Media and Journalism,” open to all young people passionate about this career. “This initiative aims to open doors and inspire the next generation of media professionals,” concludes Commissioner Gamy Dokla Ngardiguinan.
