The Transitional Council of Professional Football (CTFP) announced the postponement of the competition, originally scheduled for March 9th.

We will have to wait to find out which clubs will be relegated to regional division and which ones will move up to the MTN Elite One next season. However, the clubs relegated to Elite 2 will be known by April 21st. According to the CFTP, the relegation play-offs will bring together 11 clubs and will be played in Yaoundé starting from March 16th.

As for the play-offs in Elite 1, the competition will be played in a single round. Eight clubs will participate, including Canon Yaoundé, Coton Sport Garoua, Dynamo Douala, and Young Sports Academy among others. The play-offs will take place from March 16th to April 7th, 2025, in Bafoussam, Bafang, and Mbouda.
