Eyewitnesses described the moment when a bus, owned by Dynamique Travel Agency, allegedly sped down the road and collided with a parked truck loaded with sand.
Despite the truck’s suboptimal parking, witnesses emphasized that the negligent parking did not excuse the reckless actions of the bus driver, putting the lives of passengers at risk.
“The truck, loaded with sand, was not well parked, though it doesn’t mean a driver should drive into it, putting the lives of passengers at risk,” stated a witness at the scene.
As the rescue unit rushes to the location, local residents took it upon themselves to administer first aid to those injured. The community mobilized in a collective effort to aid the victims while awaiting professional assistance.
