The National Footballers’ Union of Cameroon held a press conference at its headquarters in Yaoundé on Friday, March 1st.

After a national tour by its president Geremie Njitap, the SYNAFOC made public before the press the report of the said tour in the clubs, as well as the salary situation of players in Mtn Elite One, Two, and Guinness Super League.

According to its report, out of the various clubs in the Cameroonian elite championship one visited, only 7 are compliant in terms of salaries paid, signing bonuses, training bonuses, and match bonuses.

Here are the clubs in the Cameroonian Mtn Elite One Championship that have paid all 5 months of salaries to their players according to SYNAFOC for the 2023-2024 season: Stade Renard Fc De Melong, Canon Sportif de Yaoundé, Colombe Sportive du Dja et Lobo, Coton Sport de Garoua, Fauve Azur Elite FC, Victoria United FC, and PWD Social Football Club Bamenda.
