During the upcoming week, women will deploy across the country to engage in activities reflecting on the improvement of women’s conditions. This reflection will be accompanied by fun and recreational activities.

The theme chosen for this 39th edition is “Investing in Women: Accelerating the Pace.” This theme highlights the importance of investing in promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment. These investment operations include financial support, contributions in political, educational, economic aspects, and the protection of rights in general. The 2024 edition is celebrated at a time when the government is intensifying its fight against violence against women.
