The Cameroonian Football Federation has taken disciplinary measures against Nyassa Nyassa Roger, a member of the executive committee and president of the Mbam and Kim departmental league, for alleged acts of embezzlement of funds related to grants awarded by the governing body.

This decision to suspend him for a period of 5 years follows allegations that he had declared 8 affiliated clubs instead of 4 in order to receive grants. Furthermore, it was revealed that clubs such as Vipère SA, Mbam and Kim FC, Olympique FC, and Option Pro Sport Étude, mentioned in the declarations, do not actually exist, raising doubts about the legitimacy of the grant requests.

In parallel, this sanction extends to Mouala Pierre, the general secretary of the league, and Ndongo Ndongo Pierre Melvin, an administrative agent of the same league, in connection with this matter.

Fecafoot has stated that such practices are contrary to ethics and compromise the integrity of Cameroonian football. It has also emphasized the importance of transparency and accountability in managing funds allocated for the development of local football.

Fecafoot continues to encourage the implementation of rigorous measures to ensure proper management of resources and preserve the integrity of national football.
