Busitema University expects big rewards from FASU Games

Students from Busitema University are among Uganda’s representatives at this year’s edition of the Federation of Africa University Sports (FASU) games that have started today in Cairo, Egypt.

They will be joined by their counterparts from Bugema and Nkumba universities at the championship which is the 12^th edition of its kind.

Besides chess and lawn tennis, Busitema University will also take part in athletics for the first time.

Timothy Omara, the games union chairperson says they look to boost their medal standings through athletics.
