Burkina: Over 188 million CFA francs injected into the healthcare assistance of 1268 vulnerable persons
Ouagadougou, April 17, 2024 (Africa Links 24) – The National Solidarity and Social Resilience Fund (FNS-RS) injected over 188 million CFA francs in 2023 into the healthcare assistance of 1268 vulnerable persons, the Ministry responsible for solidarity and humanitarian action informed Africa Links 24.
“1,268 vulnerable persons benefited from healthcare assistance from the National Solidarity and Social Resilience Fund (FNS-RS) in 2023,” stated the communication department of the Ministry in charge of solidarity and humanitarian action.
According to the same source, this assistance cost over 188 million CFA francs to the FNS-RS and allowed “a significant number of vulnerable patients to recover their health.”
