A section of locals in Bugisu Sub-region has expressed dissatisfaction with President Museveni’s new Cabinet.
They say President Museveni has once again denied the sub-region a cabinet position and allocated the sub-region two state ministers.
Among the new state ministers are Lydia Wanyoto Mutende, who was appointed as state minister for Public Service and Simon Mulongo, who was appointed as Minister of State for Gender, Labour and Social Development, Employment and Industrial Relations. Wanyoto is also a Woman MP for Mbale city.
