The first prosecution witness in the treason trial of Dr Kizza Besigye has told the High Court that it was him who suggested poisoning Uganda Air Force pilots instead of using missiles for Besigye allegedly proposed the use of air-defence missiles to attack aircraft.
Mr Andrew Wilson, also known as Orlando, disclosed yesterday while explaining an audio recording of a meeting he said was held in Athens, Greece on September 29, 2024.
Mr Wilson was testifying before Justice Emmanuel Baguma in the treason trial involving Dr Besigye, Mr Obed Lutaale, and UPDF Captain Denis Oola.
