The National Independent Electoral Commission (Cena) closed the phase of candidate application submissions on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 5 pm. In total, 12 candidates submitted their applications for the election of representatives of the press to sit in the seventh mandate of HAAC.
The number of candidates is as follows: four for the written press category, three for the audiovisual category, and five for the Telecom technicians category. After a thorough review of the applications, only those in compliance will have the opportunity to present their societal project to their colleagues, media professionals.
