Benin – Event Logistics Company: Board of Directors List

Five (05) members have been appointed by the Council of Ministers to represent the Board of Directors of the Benin Event Logistics Company. Two ministers from the Break government are among the appointed members.

The members of the Board of Directors of the Event Logistics Company in Benin have been officially appointed. Their appointment took place during the council of ministers on February 7, on the proposal of Minister Jean-Michel Abimbola of Tourism, Culture, and Arts. Among the members are Minister Jean-Michel Abimbola himself and his counterpart in sports, Benoît K. M. Dato.

In addition to the two ministerial authorities, there is the presence of Mr. Armel Hervé Djengue, representing the presidency of the Republic, and Raoufou Mamam, representing the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

A Sole Proprietorship Company, the Event Logistics Company was established by the government on November 8, 2023. Its sole shareholder is the Beninese state. Its main missions consist of ensuring the logistics of official events, artistic, cultural, and sports events of the state, managing and operating the buildings and equipment entrusted to it, as well as ensuring the logistics of artistic, cultural, and sports events entrusted to it by entities other than the Beninese state. In addition, it is responsible for mobilizing the necessary resources to achieve its objectives.
