Former Anambra State Governor and the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter Obi, has said no individual or group can stop him from visiting any part of Nigeria, stressing that every citizen has the constitutional right to move freely across the country.
Obi made the remark while reacting to a recent incident in Benin City and comments circulating on social media warning him against visiting certain parts of the country. He spoke during a visit to Peter University, Achina, in Anambra State.
“I am a Nigerian and I am free to go to any part of this country. It is a constitutional right that nobody can take away from me,” he said.
