Company born from Omatapalo and Portuguese Painhas will electrify villages in Bengo and Zaire
The joint stock company Enerline, born from Angolan Omatapalo and Portuguese Painhas, was the winner of the public tender for the electrification of the villages of Desvio do Ambriz, Loge Grande, Maladi and Quissemo in the provinces of Bengo and Zaire.
The value of the contract is $2.5 million. The information is contained in a presidential decree approving the final report of the public tender for the contracting of the electrification works of the villages of Desvio do Ambriz, Loge Grande, Maladi and Quissemo in the provinces of Bengo and Zaire, and consequently, the award to the company Enerline, winner of the public tender. In the same decree, the President authorizes an expenditure in the total amount of 2.1 billion kwanzas.
The Minister of Energy and Water is authorized, with the power to subdelegate, to enter into the contract for the works with the company Enerline. The Ministry of Finance is responsible for ensuring the availability of the financial resources necessary for the execution of the contract.
