The National Real Estate Promotion Company (ENPI) has launched several operations to sell free promotional housing in different cities and provinces of the country. These operations involve housing of type F3, F4, and F5. In response to potential buyers’ requests, ENPI has published on its Facebook page the prices of these housing units, which vary according to the size, location, and level of finishing.
Ouargla: Housing starting from 12 million dinars
ENPI has put up for sale LPL housing in the province of Ouargla, in the municipality of 116 villa. These housing units are villas of type F4 and F5, and have all the necessary amenities. The price of a villa: F4 with a size of 105 m² is 12,798,780.00 DA, F5 with a size of 124 m² is 15,076,880.00 DA.
Oran: Housing starting from 10 million dinars
ENPI has launched an operation to sell LPL in Oran, in several sites and municipalities of the province. These housing units are of type F3, F4, F5, and F6, and offer comfort and security conditions. The prices of these housing units vary depending on the sites and sizes.
For example, the site of 120 LPL housing units at Colonel Lotfi in Oran El Hamri includes apartments of type F3 and F5. The size of a F3 apartment is 82.45 m² and its price is 10,866,864 DA. The size of a F5 apartment is 148.86 m² and its price is 20,898,570 DA.
Bordj Bou Arreridj: Housing starting from 8 million dinars
ENPI has launched an operation to sell LPL in the province of Bordj Bou Arreridj, in several sites and municipalities of the province. These housing units are of type F3 and F4, and offer comfort and security conditions. The prices of these housing units vary depending on the sites and sizes.
For example, the site of 40 LPL housing units on 216 in Ras El Oued includes apartments of type F4. The size of the apartment varies from 130 m² to 140 m² and its price varies from 8,927,100 DA to 9,202,450 DA.
Boumerdes: Housing starting from 10 million dinars
