The National School of Administration (ENA), Moulai Ahmed Medeghri, has announced the opening of a national competition through exams for the recruitment of 120 students. According to the school’s announcement, registration is open from March 20 to April 9 on the school’s website.
The competition is open to Algerian candidates aged up to 28 years old on the date of the contest (not exceeding 28 years old). They must hold a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or state engineering diploma in the following fields: law, economics, management sciences, business sciences, finance and accounting, management, and political sciences.
Candidates must also have obtained their degrees with a grade of “A” or “B” only, in accordance with order No. 714 of November 3, 2011 setting out the ranking criteria for students, or have a minimum overall training average of 12/20 for candidates who obtained their degrees before the application of the aforementioned order.
After verifying that they meet all the participation requirements, candidates must log in to the following link: https://ena.interieur.gov.dz.
Then, they must create an account using their email address and a password. If the candidate does not have an email address, they must create one before registering.
Candidates must then follow the link sent to their email address to confirm their identity and activate their account. They should then fill out the personal information form and upload the following scanned documents:
– A passport-sized photo
– National identity card
– Required university diploma (bachelor’s for university graduates, master’s for graduates of the relevant grandes écoles, or equivalent diploma)
– Transcript of the four years of study
And for candidates who obtained their degrees before the implementation of the ranking decision mentioned in the competition notice:
– Copy of the high school diploma
– Proof of national service status
As well as an authorization to participate in the competition for civil servants.
The school emphasizes that it is not possible to register multiple times. Candidates must download and print the proof of submission receipt via the platform, which contains the registration number and other data, to ensure that the registration process has been successfully completed.
If the candidate is unable to extract the receipt at the end of the electronic registration process, they must reconnect to the platform via their email account to download and print this receipt.
Candidates must pay the registration fees for the ENA competition. Candidates must include their name and surname on the payment slip for the registration fee, which is 200 Algerian dinars. Payment can be made to the National School of Administration’s accountant:

It is important to note that registration for the competition is done exclusively electronically, through the following link: https://ena.interieur.gov.dz. Only one electronic registration is possible, and applications sent by postal mail will not be accepted.
For civil servant candidates, the admission requirements are as follows:
– Be tenured
– Have at least 3 years of seniority on the date of the contest
– Be under 32 years old on the date of the contest
– Hold a higher education teaching license, a five-year integrated grandes écoles master’s degree, a state engineering diploma, or an equivalent diploma in one of the aforementioned fields
– Meet the same ranking conditions (‘A’ or ‘B’) and average as the other candidates
The number of places reserved for civil servant candidates is limited to 15% of the total positions open in the competition. Candidates must also hold a high school diploma and be in regular situation regarding national service.
The list of candidates admitted and not admitted to the written admission tests will be published on the school’s website (www.ena.dz).
