The Algerian influencer and singer Numidia Lezoul shared moving stories on her Instagram account yesterday, in which she talked about her complicated relationship with her younger brother, Idir.

The star, followed by over 7 million subscribers, revealed that she had been estranged from him for a long time and missed him a lot. It is worth mentioning that Idir, currently in Dubai, is also a TikTok influencer with nearly 223k followers on his TikTok account.

Numidia Lezoul, who rose to fame through her participation in the Alhan wa Chabab show in 2013, explained that her brother had done a lot of “stupid things” and had been influenced by bad company.

She asserted that as the older sister, she had raised him and had always been there to support him, but he had ended up distancing himself from her.

The ambassador of the music streaming platform Spotify in Algeria then asked her fans to take care of her brother if they saw him, stating that deep down he was “very kind” and “had a very good heart.”

The 28-year-old, who recently released her single “Jamais Yensek” in collaboration with Lyna Mahyem, broke down in tears while admitting that this topic was sensitive for her.

With her voice broken by emotion, Numidia concluded her intervention by asking her “love babies” to tell her brother that she loved him and missed him.

By doing so, Numidia Lezoul showed a more intimate and vulnerable side of her personality, far from the glamorous and bubbly image she usually presents on social media.

Her subscribers were touched by her sincerity and sent her messages of support and encouragement. Some even tried to contact Idir to convey his sister’s words to him.
