The recent weather forecasts indicate a significant warming in various regions of the country. For this Tuesday, March 19, this upward trend in temperatures continues, promising a sunny and warm day! The National Office of Meteorology (ONM) confirms this trend, anticipating relatively hot weather in the West and Central-West regions of the country.

According to their data, the maximum temperatures expected today will range between 21°C and 31°C in coastal regions, between 19°C and 32°C in inland regions, and between 26°C and 35°C in the Saharan regions. Météo Algérie announced 21°C in El Tarf, 22°C in Jijel, 23°C in Algiers and Skikda, and 26°C in Oran. In the interior, the mercury will reach 20°C in Khenchela, 23°C in Guelma, 26°C in Naama, 27°C in Relizane and Bouira, with higher temperatures in El Menia at 29°C, Illizi at 31°C and Tindouf at 35°C.

As the weather conditions continue to show their leniency throughout different regions of the country, the latest bulletin from Météo Algérie reveals a rather stable picture. According to these forecasts, the Northern regions should be covered in a cloudy veil, offering a rather subdued atmospheric panorama. In contrast, in the vast Saharan expanses, a clear sky will prevail, heralding a sunny and bright day.

However, despite this relatively serene image, it is important to note a warning from the ONM, placing the wilaya of In Guezzam on yellow alert due to the potential risk of “sandstorm”.
