In an effort to modernize the construction sector, the Ministry of Housing is taking decisive steps towards digitization.
Mohamed Tarek Belaribi chaired a crucial technical meeting, bringing together key players in the sector.
Among them, the directors general of AADL, ENPI, the National Housing Bank, and other key institutions discussed the digital future of construction contracts.
Minister of Housing, Urbanism and the City, Tarek Belaribi, recently announced the creation of a platform dedicated to digitizing construction contracts.
This initiative aims to simplify processes and ensure effective updating of information.
Elimination of bureaucracy
The digitization proposal, presented by Hakim Bay, aims to eliminate cumbersome bureaucracy and paper management. The platform will allow users to register and submit their files, which will then be automatically forwarded to the relevant members for review.
With this platform, each step of the contractual process will be digitally tracked, offering increased transparency and unprecedented efficiency in the sector.
The ministry has already digitized 174 development and construction plans and 379 land use plans, covering 50 wilayas.
This is just the beginning of a digital transformation that promises to reshape the construction industry in Algeria.
Stay tuned for more updates on this housing sector evolution.
