The Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, chaired a meeting in Algiers on Monday, bringing together officials from his ministry and the officials of the Algerian Agency for the Development of Housing (AADL), expressing his wish to finish the AADL 2 program.

Indeed, according to an official statement, Belaribi revealed the completion of the AADL 2 program in at least 38 provinces, during a meeting dedicated to this purpose, he also emphasized during this meeting the importance of completing all ongoing operations and projects of the AADL 2 program.

The same source reports that the number of subscribers registered for this program is 561,688. Out of this total, 27,112 subscribers will receive their allocation certificates in the coming days, distributed in 27 provinces across the country.

In this perspective, Minister Belaribi insisted on completing this operation while highlighting the acceleration of work for projects that are behind schedule. This will allow the launch of the AADL 3 program, according to the official statement.

Upcoming registration opening for the AADL 3 program

The Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, announced a few weeks ago, the upcoming opening of registrations for subscribers to the AADL 3 program.

Indeed, Belaribi specified during his supervision visit to Tamanrasset that the walis have been contacted to allocate housing quotas in order to implement the housing program for sale by rent “AADL 3”.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning and the City recently announced a new phase in the housing program in Algeria. This announcement specifically concerns registrations for the AADL 3 program. This decision is part of the continuous efforts to meet the increasing housing needs in the country.
