The General Manager of the National Agency for the Improvement and Development of Housing (AADL) emphasized the importance of the new launch of an electronic application. This application is specifically designed to receive all the concerns of the residents of AADL neighborhoods.
Indeed, according to the GM, the application includes several windows allowing to address various concerns such as elevators, roofs, cleanliness, water tanks, payment, etc. It also ensures the follow-up of concerns until their complete resolution.
The General Manager presided over an evaluation session of the activities of the AADL branch, Gest Immo, for the first quarter of 2024.
As part of the development, renovation, and improvement projects of the environment, the GM gave instructions to accelerate administrative procedures. This precedes the start of the various major works supervised by AADL, while respecting contractual deadlines and legal procedures.
He also emphasized the importance of monitoring on-site the various works and tasks entrusted to AADL. This meets the expectations of residents to improve their living environment, renovate and revitalize neighborhoods, especially concerning major works such as facade renovation, regular maintenance of elevators and roofs of buildings, painting, cleanliness, green spaces, security, as well as the rapid maintenance of networks and drainage channels. He also insisted on the need to generalize collective antennas in all AADL neighborhoods. This aims to improve the aesthetics of buildings and to complete the process as quickly as possible.
He called for the continuous presence of AADL and its agents on the ground alongside residents, accompanying them in their various daily concerns across all AADL neighborhoods in all governorates.
Project Delivery and Staff Training
Regarding the projects to be delivered, the GM emphasized the importance of the presence and support of the AADL branch for real estate management. This starts with the final phases of the works to check their quality, the reserves, as well as the delivery within the agreed deadlines, until handing over the keys to the buyers. It is also crucial that all services associated with the neighborhood are operational simultaneously, both inside and around the buildings.
As for the development of human resources and material resources, he insisted on expanding training programs for all executives and employees of the AADL real estate management branch, according to their specialties and respective missions. Furthermore, he emphasized the need to strengthen the means and equipment of AADL, such as bulldozers, trucks, pumps, etc., to ensure optimal care for residents in AADL neighborhoods.
