Canada-based Nigerian Afrobeats musician, Foluwasegun Sanni, popularly known as Folucious FC, has shed light on the unique challenges faced by African artists in the diaspora as they strive to carve a niche in the global Afrobeats scene.

In an exclusive interview, the fast-rising Afrofusion star described the experience as a “double struggle” — maintaining authenticity to African roots while adapting to the dynamics of a foreign music industry.
