ADC outlines three-point plan to address insecurity

The African Democratic Congress, ADC, has outlined a three-point plan to fix Nigeria’s security system.

The party announced the plan while reacting to the recently released Global Terrorism Index.

According to the report, terror attacks in Nigeria surged by 43 percent under President Bola Tinubu and the APC, rising from 120 incidents in 2024 to 171 in 2025.

Borno State accounted for 67 percent of attacks and 72 percent of related deaths, while civilians make up 67 percent of casualties.

Addressing the situation, ADC National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, in a post via his x handle stated that the party would implement decisive reforms to protect Nigerians.
