A tale of two Koreas: Which one does Uganda want to become?

There is a Korea that few people fancy. I’ll explain. But let’s just say that there comes a time when a nation must make a decisive choice—one that tests character, courage, and integrity.
A nation must pause and ask: where are we going? What are we becoming? Is this who we truly are? Do we have a future? Is this the kind of country we aspire to be? And the rulers must ask: if roles were suddenly reversed and we became the ruled, would we be content, confident, and comfortable with the way things are?
