According to the Russian media Frank Media, who tested the new functionality of the application, transfers can now be made to several countries including Morocco, Israel, Djibouti, Jordan, Georgia, Kuwait, and Nepal.
The same source explains that money can only be transferred to individuals in the countries on the list.
The maximum amount for a transfer is 350,000 rubles (390,000 dirhams). The funds must be received in cash, according to the Russian media.
The bank charges a commission of 1.5% on each transfer. The application has a feature for transferring funds to legal entities, but it is not yet functional.
According to the terms and conditions, VTB clients can transfer up to 20 million rubles (2.2 million dirhams) to legal entities. The operation will take 1 to 3 days. Commission fees for transfers to legal entities are set at 1%.
