Namibia: No signs of rape or assault in Gemengde riverbed death say police – News

A preliminary post-mortem report indicates no signs of physical assault or sexual violence in the death of Delysia Garoes (35).
Garoes’ body was found in a riverbed in the Gemengde area of Katutura in Windhoek early on Tuesday morning.
Police spokesperson deputy commissioner Kauna Shikwambi says the report reveals no evidence of rape or external injuries. As a result, an inquest docket has been opened to determine the exact circumstances of Garoes’ death.
