Ali Touray, an alleged thief was Tuesday arraigned before Magistrate B Sowe of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court for stealing 2 Mobile Phones.
Appearing on behalf of the Inspector General of Police for the matter, Sergeant Amadou Baldeh, stated that Ali is charged with stealing from a person Contrary to Section 256 (a) of the Criminal Code Cap 10.01 Volume 3 Revised Laws of The Gambia 2009.
