The Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission (LERC) has issued several directives to the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC), setting 31 January 2025 as the deadline for resubmitting a new Tariff Application proposal to the Commission.
This decision follows a request from the Interim Management Team (IMT) of LEC to withdraw the Corporation’s tariff application that was filed in October 2024.
