Katsina State governor, Dikko Radda, has vowed to implement the decision of the Supreme Court on local government autonomy.

DAILY NIGERIAN reports that the apex court granted LG autonomy, following a suit filed by the federal government against state governors.

Reacting to the judgement in a statement issued by his chief press secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, in Abuja on Saturday, Mr Mohammed said local governments in the state already enjoy a significant level of autonomy.
