Former Technical Director of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN), Omatseye Nesiama, has been selected as the referee for the athletics events at the upcoming Africa Games in Accra, Ghana. His appointment is a testament to his expertise and experience in the field of athletics officiating.

A certified World Athletics technical officials’ lecturer, Nesiama has been an active member of the CAA Technical and Competitions Commission since 2014.
