A bitter dispute has erupted among the family members of the late Moses Kariisa Karangwa, the former Kayunga District NRM chairman, over the sharing of his multi-billion-shilling estate.
The dispute pits his widow, Ms Florence Kirabo, against her nine stepchildren led by Ms Jacklyn Birungi, the late Karangwa’s eldest daughter.
