President William Ruto has appointed seven people to the Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee (IGRTC) for a six-year term and conferred honorary ambassadorial titles on two senior officials.
In a notice dated Friday, September 11, Ruto appointed Wilson Thuita, Silvya Apaa, Ahmed Bishar, Pascalyne Kimiriri, Ken Riaga, Evalyn Aruasa and Mary Kilobi to the committee.
