Police in Pallisa have intercepted a truck allegedly stolen in Kenya and arrested two men after discovering that its original Kenyan registration plates had been removed and replaced with Ugandan plates.
The white Isuzu truck, being driven under Ugandan registration number UAQ 893X, was intercepted on Friday at the Pallisa-Kamonkoli junction along the Mbale-Pallisa road following a tip-off to police.
