Gambia: Man Granted D50,000 Bail for Alleged Careless Driving

Yaya Cham on Wednesday appeared before Magistrate K.B. Sambou of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, where he was charged with careless driving contrary to Section 51(1) of the Motor Traffic Act, Cap 70:3, Volume 10 of the Revised Laws of The Gambia 2009.

Sub-Inspector A. Jallow represented the Inspector General of Police, while Cham appeared without legal representation.
