Parliament’s Committee on Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises (COSASE) has questioned the accountability and procurement processes at the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) after officials gave conflicting figures on the cost of a transformer.
UCAA officials told the committee on Tuesday that different amounts had been budgeted for the procurement of the transformer from Vietnam.
