The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has dismissed as fake a message circulating online asking teachers to pay up to Ksh1,000 to facilitate promotion and recruitment interviews.
The Commission warned teachers and heads of institutions against acting on the unauthorized message, stressing that it does not charge fees for any services offered to teachers, including recruitment and promotion exercises.
