The victory of Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, in the August 15, 2026 governorship election has remained unchallenged at the tribunal after the constitutional 21-day period for filing petitions expired without any petition being lodged.

The deadline for challenging the election result elapsed on Saturday, with none of the 14 political parties defeated in the poll approaching the Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal to contest the outcome.
