The return of Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV’s body to Tooro Kingdom was not treated as an ordinary funeral journey.

From the moment the body arrived in Uganda to the time it entered Karuziika Palace in Fort Portal, a series of cultural rituals were performed to receive, protect, and formally welcome the fallen king back to his kingdom.
