A Koboko District government ambulance has been released after being held for more than three years at the Toyota-CFAO Mobility regional office in Gulu over a disputed debt of more than Shs21 million.
The Ministry of Health-branded ambulance, registration number UG 4413 M, had been held as collateral for outstanding repair bills accumulated from vehicles belonging to different district departments.
