The Kenya Revenue Authority has explained the process taxpayers can follow to change their phone numbers linked to their iTax accounts after concerns emerged about mobile number verification.
A user on X lamented that the phone number he had used to register with for the iTax portal had already been assigned to someone else by the mobile provider, and anytime he wanted to log in to iTax to file returns, a one-time password would be sent to the number.
