The government has confirmed that civil servants will receive another salary increase from July 1, 2026, as negotiations over a new pay agreement nears completion.

Speaking on Wednesday, April 29, Public Service Cabinet Secretary Geoffrey Ruku said the Ministry is in the final stages of concluding a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) that will guide salary reviews for the next four years.
