Congo Town, Monrovia, April 29, 2026—Commerce and Industry Minister Magdalene E. Dagoseh has assured that the Government of Liberia will apply stronger accountability, transparency, and results-driven implementation in managing the Japanese Counterpart Value Fund (JCVF), as the program continues to finance development projects nationwide.
