Libya: Director of the Development Fund launches reconstruction project for the Al-Sabri and city center areas in Benghazi

Benghazi – Engineer Abu Al-Qasim Haftar announced a new project. He is the Director-General of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund. The project aims to reconstruct the Sabri and Al-Bilad areas. These areas are located in Benghazi.
