Church of Uganda Archbishop Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu has told off critics pressuring him to emulate the courage of martyred Archbishop Janani Luwum in condemning human rights violations by the State. 
Critics have accused Dr Kaziimba and other religious leaders in the country of keeping quiet in the face of severe State-sanctioned restrictions of civil liberties, including cutting back free speech, assembly, and media, among others.
