Libya: GNU Minister of Civil Service Signs Cooperation Agreement to Enhance Administrative Development and Technological Transformation

Tripoli – GNU Civil Service Minister Abdul Monem Saleh signed a joint cooperation agreement. He signed it with the National Council for Economic and Social Development.
