The National Assembly Majority Leader, Kimani Ichung’wah, has written to Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja raising alarm over what he terms a coordinated campaign of incitement and planned violence allegedly linked to Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) leader Rigathi Gachagua ahead of a scheduled political rally in Kikuyu Town.
