Passengers of VIP Jeoun Limited have expressed frustration over the company’s sudden increase in transport fares, describing the move as unfair and insensitive to customers’ financial challenges.
Speaking to The Ghanaian Times in Accra, Mrs. Eva Osei said, “I’m not surprised, but it’s frustrating. The cost of living is already high, and now transport fares are going up.” She added that she might have to reduce non-essential trips or seek alternative transport options.
