The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) has flagged as fake a viral notice circulating online purporting to outline reopening dates and examination timelines for Teacher Training Colleges (TTCs).
The notice, which has since gone viral on social media, claims that all TTCs will reopen on April 15, with second-year examinations set to begin in early May.
It further suggests that the assessment will be strictly paper-based, with rehearsals for the examination set for May 1.
