Murang’a county residents have been advised to seek medical services at nearby health facilities after Murang’a level 5 hospital reached full capacity amid a rise in patient numbers.

In a notice shared by Governor Irungu Kang’ata on Monday, March 23, the county government said the main referral hospital is currently overwhelmed, with admissions reaching its 500-bed capacity and outpatient visits ranging between 1,500 and 2,000 daily.
