Tobruk – Rafea Al-Oraibi met with various city figures. He is the head of the Libyan Heritage and Wildlife Authority. These included sheikhs, dignitaries, and wise men. Several veteran falconers from Tobruk were also present. The meeting occurred during a Suhoor meal on Tuesday evening. The Tobruk Falconers’ Club extended an official invitation.
